Sync Link Changes

Checkbox

We recommend to hide the configured Link Type in the Dialog Issue > More > Links or in the Field Linked Issues (Using Link Schema’s. This feature is planned in the next version of this app).
In the case where the end user uses the configured link, this option allows to sync automatically the Custom Field after any Link change.

Delete used options not matching JQL

Checkbox

Options within an issue picker's custom fields may no longer match the JQL results. This mismatch can occur if the JQL is modified or if issue values are updated. Our app automatically removes options that aren't selected in any issue and no longer match the JQL. If these options are in use and the issue picker is optional, you can choose whether to delete the options from all issues and then from the option list using this parameter. However, if the issue picker is a required field or not part of edit screen, Jira Cloud won't allow the deletion of these options. To proceed, you'd need to set the custom field to optional and re-index the issue picker.
